Valta is not a real estate agency. We don't take a sale commission and we don't replace your agent, so you choose who sells your home. We give your property a considered presentation and put it in front of the right people. Tell us about your property and we'll guide you through the rest: we prepare the listing, check it against our standards, and publish it.

Your home presented on Valta to our buyer audience. We prepare the listing copy and layout to our standard. This fee applies whether you list openly or privately in The Vault.

Already marketing your home? We review your existing campaign, including photography and videography, and tell you plainly what we'd keep and what we'd change.
Listing refresh or full campaign: priced on request
We handle the lot. Copy, photography, video, styling and content, prepared for Valta and for your wider campaign.
List privately in The Vault
The Vault is Valta's private listing space. Homes in The Vault are never advertised publicly. They are seen only by screened buyers who hold a Valta Buyer Passport. Buyers earn their Passport level through verification with Valta. You choose the minimum level a buyer needs before they can see your home.
Level 1 - Valta Qualified: Buyers who have a full profile, a stated budget and timeframe, and have been personally qualified by Valta. Suits owners who mainly want to keep casual browsers out.
Level 2 - Valta Verified: Everything in Level 1, plus identity verification, AML/KYC checks and confirmation of their purchasing position.
Level 3 - Valta Private: Everything in Levels 1 and 2, plus proof of funds, solicitor details and a signed confidentiality agreement. For the most sensitive homes.
You can also ask for approval on every request. Even a Level 3 buyer would then need your OK, or Valta's on your behalf, before seeing your home.
You control how much buyers see. For example, a buyer might first see the suburb, the style of home and a price guide. Photos, the address and documents can open up only once they reach the level you set.
The Vault uses the same $1,850 listing fee and the same packages as a public listing. The same agent choice applies too.
