The rest exists only in The Vault, Valta's private marketplace for entirely off‑market residences, available exclusively to approved buyers. These properties are not advertised or visible on public platforms, and in most cases are never released to the open market at all.

The Vault - Buyer Experience
Approved buyers gain direct access to all current Vault residences. Listings are viewable immediately within the other listed properties and are supported by a dedicated Valta concierge, available to assist with enquiries, introductions and next steps. Where a vendor requires it, viewing a Vault property may involve a confidentiality agreement before further details are shared.
Properties within The Vault may be limited in number and availability, reflecting the private nature of the market and the discretion of participating vendors.
